A baptism is arranged with the priest. Send the form with the family’s name, or email the front desk. Fr. Michael or Fr. Moses will tell you how to prepare and when to come to the church.

Wedding
A wedding at the church starts with a conversation. Send the form with both names, or email the front desk. Fr. Michael or Fr. Moses will meet with you before any date is set.
Confession
Confession is a private meeting with the priest. The form asks only for your name, email, and phone, so you can ask to see Fr. Michael or Fr. Moses. You do not need to explain everything there. Email the front desk if you would rather write.
Home blessing
If you would like a priest to bless your home, send the form with your address and a couple of times that suit you, or email the front desk. Fr. Michael or Fr. Moses will set the visit.
Memorial and funeral
When someone has died, send the form with the person’s name and a way to reach the family, or email the front desk. Fr. Michael or Fr. Moses will help you arrange the funeral and the prayers that follow.
