We thank God for the good news that the health authorities, starting February 16, have allowed the re-opening of the churches up to 30% of the capacity, while keeping all the COVID protective measures.
We will have 2 liturgies every week to accommodate the members of the church weekly.
أحبائنا شــعب الكنيســـة ،
نشــكر الله علي موافقة الســلطات علي زيادة عدد المصلين المسموح بتواجدهم في الكنيسة الى ٣٠٪ من سعة الكنيسة، اعتبارا من 16 فبراير القادم .
وســوف يكون هناك 2 قداسات كل أسبوع لخدمة شعب الكنيسة أسبوعيا.
سوف نخطركم بمواعيد القداسات وكيفية حضور الشــعب مع الاحتفاظ بكل الاحتياطات الصحية الضرورية التي تفرضها الســلطات.

Please prioritize your choice of liturgy to weekdays first, to allow those who work during the week to attend on Sunday.

Dear Beloved members of our congregation:
As it appears, we will be in a lockdown for some time, it does not matter when it will start, situation is serious now.
During the lockdown time (28 days), we will have only one Liturgy per week, on Sundays (8:30 - 11:30 AM), attendance will be restricted to Abouna and the selected deacons. Services will be broadcasted on the church YouTube Channel for people to participate ON-LINE.
The same will apply to the Saturday evening Tasbeha, and the prayers of the Feasts and Occasions as it will be announced on time.
May God bless and keep His church and His people safe and save the world from the plagues and every fearsome events.

اخوتى الاحباء شعب الكنيسه:
على ما يبدو ان الحاله الصحية للبلاد فى خطر من انتشار الوباء بصوره اشد مما سبق. لذلك حاله الاغلاق العام قد اعلنت لمده اربعه اسابيع مقبله.
خلال هذة الفتره ستحتفل الكنيسه بالقداس الالهى مره واحدة فى يوم الاحد( ٨:٣٠ - ١١:٣٠ص).
الحضور فى هذا القداس سيكون محدود بالكاهن و الشمامسه خدام القداس، و الخدمه ستكون مذاعة على قناه الكنيسه لكى يشترك الشعب فى الصلاه من منازلهم.
ما سبق ينطبق على العشيات و التسبحه مساء كل سبت، و كذلك على صلوات الاعياد و المناسبات (التى سيعلن عنها فى وقتها).
ربنا يسوع يحفظ كنيسته، و شعبه سالمين، و ينجى العالم كله من الوباء و من كل امر مخيف.

Happy Nativity Fast
Please follow the roles of advance reservation Liturgies attendance on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday, as usual, and starting of Saturday December 12, the doors will be closed as soon as the legal number permitted by law is reached, otherwise we will be subjected to legal accountability and the entire church will be closed, with the assurance that Attendance at masses at the present time is available only to the church members (no visitors are allowed) whose attendance is confirmed upon reservation on the church’s website.

برجاء اتباع حجز الحضور مسبقا للقداس الالهي في ايام السبت والاحد والاربعاء، مع تسجيل الاسم للحاضرين عند الدخول واتباع الاجراءات كالمعتاد، وبدءا من السبت ١٢ ديسمبر، سيتم اغلاق الابواب حال الوصول للعدد القانوني المسموح به قانونا والا تعرضنا للمساءلة القانونية واغلاق الكنيسة بالكامل، مع التاكيد بان حضور القداسات في الوقت الحالي متاح لابناء الكنيسة فقط والذين يؤكد حضورهم عن طريق الحجز المسبق علي موقع الكنيسة الالكتروني ، فاذا وجدت الباب مغلق فهذا معناه اننا وصلنا للعدد المقرر والذى لايمكن تجاوزه والا تعرضنا للمساءلة وإغلاق الكنيسة
Dear beloved,
The Church of Saint Mary and Saint Abraam will be hosting classes for the education of Deacons in the Coptic rite composed of 6 sessions (1 hour each) going over the Divine Services of Vespers, Matins and Liturgy.
Classes will include participation opportunities such as quizzes and tests
All deacons are invited as this course will be necessary for service in the Altar.
The classes will be taking place from December 21-23 and 28-30 on Skype. The meeting links will be provided through email.
The sessions on these days will be from 6 PM-7 PM for grades 1-6 and 7 PM-8 PM for grades 7 & up.

Please note that there will be no Liturgy on Wednesday, August 26 and Saturday, August 29th.
